People curse at Lu Sheng Yen: ”Lu Sheng Yen will die”.
When I heard this, I broke into laughter, ”Surely, Lu Sheng Yen will die.”
Previously Shakyamuni Buddha wrote a song:
All the human beings in this world,
They must suffer in their births and deaths,
Even if their lives are ten thousand years,
Eventually the life must end.
There are good luck and bad,
Togetherness and separation,
Youth will never be lasting forever,
The healthy ones will fall ill,
The wheel of suffering is without border,
and it turns without stopping,
Even the three realms will decay
The samsara world will not be spared.
Avadanas sutra said:
”Just like the flowing water, there is no turning back. So is the human life, they will never return from their journey.”
The six paramitas Sutra said:
”A human life is just like bring a cow to the abattoir, when the cow takes a step forward, it is a step closer to its death. The passage of a day for man is the same as the step taken by the cow, it is closer to his death.”
The correct doctrine Sutra said:
”The king of death swallows human life,
while we drink from youth to old age,
A strong and healthy man will finally become ill,
The world is full of ignorant beings.”
I said:
”Lu Sheng Yen will die, he will surely die”

My death will be an event of solemnity and perfection.
When I die:
Heavenly flowers will be sprinkled from the air,
Rainbow lights will be dancing in the air,
Mantra sound will be reverberating in the air,
The dharmakaya brightness will be radiating in the air,
Lotus flowers will fill the air.
When I die, I will have the dignity of purity, Buddha palace,surupa (The wonderful body), being feted by all the bodhisattvas, beneficial to all, dharma seat, presiding elders, immoveable, everyone will praise and make offering.
The honour I will receive during my death is seldom seen in this world.

I have three types of body.
First Dharmakaya, it's non-material, non-appearance,non-attachment,cannot be seen, cannot be described, without a fixed location, without form, not subject to transmigration, non-birth, non-destruction, non-comparison.
Second Sambhogakaya,
It is pure and clean, without filth, very solemn and has a lot of merit.
Third Nirmakaya
Living Buddha Lian Shen Lu Sheng Yen
When the cause of coming to this world comes to an end, I shall disappear from the earth and return to Maha Double Lotus pond, to the Sambhogakaya realm.
This is a stage which is beyond speech and thought. The three types of body can embody into one, it can be separated into three.

In my sermons this life, I advocate the following:
1. Do no evil, uphold all good deeds.
2. Know the sufferings, and eradicate ignorance. Cultivate and be enlightened.
3. Make vow to succour more human beings.
4. Cut off all the attachments, end the cycle of life and death, obtain Buddhahood.
I use the following soul deliverance rituals on the disciples:
soul deliverance for Bardo, soul deliverance for changing illusions to nets, soul deliverance for kindness-tracing, soul deliverance for merit cultivation, soul deliverance for posthumous fame.
Brahma-net Sutra said:
”On the day of the death of parents or brothers, you must invite dharma master to talk about the precepts of Bodhisattva. This is for the purpose of accumulating merit for the deceased so that he will be able to see the Buddha, and be born in human or heaven realm.”
It is also said:
”On the day of death of parents, brothers, or guru you must read, recite and conduct sermons on Mahayana sutras.”
It is said in the ten directional pure lands sutra of empowerment and rebirth according to wishes:
”Only one seventh of the merit in memorial service will reach the deceased, the rest will be credited to the person who organised it”.
I declare:
”There is a seven days to rebirth in Western Paradise in Mahayana, the same is applied to Tantra. When the disciples learn the Tantra, Maitreya Buddha and I will fete them to transmigration.”
